The cold winter months are a time to reflect and move inward. Listen to your body's signals to rest and re-charge, become clearer and live with grace and ease through your days. In this practice we explore gentle movement and breathing techniques that will lead into a guided deep relaxation known a Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) to settle body, mind and heart in preparation to receive the healing vibration of crystal bowl sounds. Some of the many benefits include stress reduction, improved sleep patterns, boosts immunity, and eases anxiety. Join us and bathe in vibrations leading into deepest rest and unwind.
*No experience necessary. Please bring a pillow, mat, blanket and anything else you would like to have to create your own "nest" for optimal comfort and experience.
