Yoga + Community Support Group for New Moms

This 60 minute class is designed to support postpartum recovery and the transition into motherhood. Addressing the physical and emotional challenges that new mothers face, class will contain breath-work, gentle movement, mindfulness, and time to foster connection and community. 

Class will begin with a check in, where moms can share their thoughts/feelings/experiences with one another if desired. A topic will then be introduced to guide the flow. The slow flow will be beginner friendly, all poses will have modifications offered, and some restorative poses will be weaved in, where you can be grounded while tending to your baby’s needs. Class will conclude with a brief check out, where moms can share any final thoughts/feelings/experiences with the group. 

-Come with or without babies (up to 12 months)
-Feel free to tend to whatever the baby needs during the class (breast/bottle feed, change diaper etc)
-Bring props, blankets or anything to support you or baby as you practice. Recommended to bring toys if your baby is within the active stages.
