Tween Yoga + Gratitude Jars + Flowers

A beginner friendly yoga class focused on empowering young students to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and reduce stress. Mindfulness, breathwork and the mind-body connection will also be incorporated. Students will create their own gratitude jars to take home with them in addition to their own curated gratitude flower.
