Tori Spofford

Tori fell in love with yoga over a decade ago, drawn to the way it brings both energy and ease into daily life. She is a NASM-certified fitness instructor, lifelong athlete, and dedicated yoga teacher, having completed her 200-hour YTT and currently advancing her practice with a 300-hour training at Down Under Yoga in Boston, MA. Beyond movement, Tori has deepened her mindfulness journey through a Vipassana Silent Meditation Course, embracing meditation as a powerful tool to find equanimity through life’s teachings. For Tori, yoga is about feeling truly alive—connecting breath, body, and spirit to unlock both strength and softness. Her classes are uplifting, empowering, and rooted in the joy of movement. When she’s not on the mat, you can find Tori baking chocolate chip cookies, enjoying a long walk, or simply savoring life’s small moments.
