Running Group + Yoga Summer Series

Experience the perfect combination of physical and mental well-being in our Running and Yoga class! This class brings together two powerful disciplines to create a holistic workout experience to start your day. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your running journey, the 20 minute out-and-back run on the rail trail will be at a pace and intensity to accommodate all fitness levels (walkers welcome too!). After an energizing run, we will transition into a gentle yoga practice to help you gradually release tension, increase your flexibility and deepen your mind body connection. We will meet in the studio prior to the run.

Please pre-register for class.
If it rains we will still have class! In place of the run we will hold a longer (60 minute) runner focused yoga class.

4 Classes - $65
All Classes must be used by the final class
