Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra

Before the busy holiday seasons starts, please join me for a soothing class starting with a series of restorative yoga poses incorporating slow and calming breathing techniques, followed by deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is “yoga sleep”, through a gentle guided meditation, you will find yourself in a space between wakefulness and sleep. The practice of yoga Nidra allows for a deep and restful state of mind and body.  

Please bring a Blanket, Bolster/Pillow, Eye Pillow, extra layers, and anything else to help make you cozy. 

Gentle hands on assists with essential oils will be offered during class.

All levels are welcome.
