Thai Body is a moving meditation that combines passive restorative yoga postures with hand compression muscle releases, acupressure, trigger point release and meditation line work to unwind tight muscles and open up energy pathways. This restores health and wellbeing to both the physical body and energetic body. In this session, participants will be guided into restorative postures as Jen moves around the room giving special attention to each person, working on the areas of the body that need the most attention. We will end the session with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) meditation.
This session is only open to 6 people and will fill up so please reserve your spot early.
Please bring a blanket and a pillow with you for practice!
