Celebrate Autumn, a time of letting go to make space for new growth and transformation with grounding yoga and meditation practices with Meghan Leighton from Awake Minds: Yoga & Conscious Living and Kelly Upson Yoga for a nourishing retreat experience, including a special lunch from Nu Kitchen. Experience an afternoon rich in yoga and meditation, with practices curated and aligned for supporting you in the Fall months.
Topics and practices explored will include: Breathwork, guided meditation, asanas, a nourishing lunch, Ayurvedic lifestyle tips, Qi Gong, intentions, journaling.
Our time together will end with a blissful yoga nidra and sound bath experience releasing stress, finding harmony and balance and bringing you back to your center refreshed and renewed. Our intention is to warmly welcome all levels of practice exactly as you are. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and an open mind.
