Kailey Ryan

Kailey fully committed to her yoga practice in 2018 as a way to create more mindfulness and grounding in her life. After years of putting her body through high intensity workouts, she quickly discovered that yoga connects her to mind, body and breath all in one practice. She completed her 200 hr yoga teacher training in 2024 at the Bending Bodhi School of Yoga in Dover, NH.

Kailey feels passionately about nervous system regulation and providing a safe space for students. She believes in finding breath first and movement second. Her classes offer students the ability to build awareness of the body through fluid sequences and connection to breath. Her goal is to bring her students into a state of rest and digest, allowing her students the ability to handle life’s daily stressors with more ease. When she’s not on her mat you can find Kailey spending time outside with her husband and goldendoodle!
