Hitting the Reset Button: A Restorative Yoga Class

Hit your reset button – come renew, relax, and unwind using props to create space in the body and relieve tension and stress. You will be led through a restorative yoga class that will soothe your body with gentle, grounded poses and incorporate calming breathing techniques. By moving mindfully with intention and breath and creating stillness and quiet in the body and mind, we will balance the nervous system, release layers of tension, and restore at a physical, energetic, and emotional level.

The class will end with a guided meditation and an extended Savasana.

We have blocks, straps and extra yoga mats available at the studio.
Please bring your own blanket, bolster/pillow and eye pillow if desired. 

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. No previous yoga experience required.
