Gentle Flow, Restorative + Singing Bowls

Reduce stress and slow down the pace of life in this gentle yoga + Restorative practice accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls. In Restorative yoga, the body is fully supported in passive postures allowing you to give in to opening so that your muscles, nervous system and mind can truly let go and release into relaxation. Come away feeling flexible in your body, relaxed in your mind and calmed in your nervous system.

This gentle practice is for every body! Please wear comfortable layers of clothing and bring a pillow and blanket for total support.
