Functional Flow + Yin

Get moving and slow down with a combination functional flow and yin practice. 

Functional flow to support mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness to take with you in to your everyday life. This type of flow will help every body move and open up by mobilizing joints and engaging and stabilizing musculature. 

Yin poses will be sprinkled in to target deep tissues by slowing things down and focusing on the breath. This provides a space to turn inward and tune into mind and physical sensations; allowing the release of energy blockages and reduce stress and anxiety. 

We have blocks, straps and extra mats available at the studio. Please bring a blanket and pillow and/or bolster for an optimal yin experience. 

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
