As women we spend so much time caring for and loving others. We nurture our families and friends, strive to improve the lives of those around us and rarely stop to appreciate ourselves.

This divine two hour workshop will find us re-exploring the inner Goddess, empowering ourselves to be stronger, gentler and more in tune with our own needs.

Emily Wiswell will be leading us in gentle, restorative poses with her strong and magical voice. We will sink deep into our asanas as we release tension and prepare our hearts for reconnection to self.

Jenny Ravikumar will be giving individual reiki treatments to each participant, as well as a Feelings Oil Release from Young Living Essential Oils. As she applies the oils to your temples, heart and center chakra, you will feel the energetic connection to self-worth & love as you gently release what no longer serves you.

Together they will empower you to stand tall in your truth, open your hearts and dive deep into the feminine energy we often hide within us.
