Learn to fly! In this workshop we'll work on how to approach arm balances and inverted poses in stages, and strategies to build the strength and confidence to balance on your hands and get upside down. We'll start with a short vinyasa practice to warm the body and prepare for these more challenging postures. Expect to work the core and focus on the bandhas (locks) and how they impact the poses. We'll cover many variations, different entries and exits, and tips and tricks to get you flying!
