Restorative Yoga Workshop

Restore balance and release deeply held stress and tension from the body and mind. The support of props allows for long held yoga poses which gently stretch and rejuvenate the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calming the nervous system. Restorative Yoga combines postures with breath and intention for a full relaxation experience. The pace is very slow, deeply nurturing and appropriate for students of all levels. A euphoric experience!
