In this fusion class, you’ll flow through a variety of exercises that focus on core stability, flexibility, and full-body toning. Incorporating the fiery, hip-opening movements of Buti Yoga, the muscle-sculpting precision of Barre, and the deep, mindful engagement of Pilates, you’ll experience a powerful workout that sculpts and strengthens while keeping things fun and fluid.
