Join me for an experiential workshop of discovery as you learn new pathways for designing your “Why” as we journey through Pantanjali’s guide to contemporary yoga, The 8 Limbs. We’ll discover the importance of integrating each of the 8 limbs into our Yogic Lifestyle through
discussion, journaling, movement and mindful meditation.
Please dress comfortably and be ready to Flow from Limb to Limb!
We will conclude with a lengthy Savasana and lie down meditation.
