Chakra Balance + Full Moon Restore

This Nourishing + Meditative Mini-Monthly Retreat is designed to bring the body’s seven main Chakras (energy centers) into alignment through a fluid combination of gentle movement and restful, restorative yoga postures. Each session will conclude with a 30 minute Guided Yoga Nidra Practice which promotes deep healing, energetic cleansing and complete relaxation.

The Chakra system can be used as a holistic guide when referring to energetic health and well-being. This methodology teaches the idea that when the seven main chakras are “clear” or in alignment, life-force energy or Prana will move freely throughout the body and harmony will exist between the mind, body and spirit.

Each month, you’ll find that our sessions are set to the backdrop of the Full Moon. We will explore how each moon correlates to a specific intention for practice and how the unique “energy” of the month may be bolstered by supportive wellness tips for self-care as well as an increased sense of peace.

Please dress comfortably and bring layers to be cozy during our Sivasana. Yoga Blocks, Blankets, Bolsters/Pillows and an eye pillow are recommended for added ease and comfort in postures as we’ll be spending a large portion of our time in a lying down position. Please bring along a small travel bag for your mini-stay-cation!
