Wellness refers to “ perfect health”. It is the difference between not just surviving but thriving. It is cultivating a lifestyle in which you find more joy and happiness. Stress interrupts this process and leaves you “stuck” and prevents you from moving forward towards the goals that you seek.

The details:
- 8 week series: Tuesdays 6-7:30 pm from Sept 21-November 9
- Each class builds skills from the previous one
- Interactive (participation is encouraged!)
For this class and all classes, you should be prepared with a small notebook or journal for in-session exercises.
Bring a yoga mat, and pillow or blanket.
This Stress Management Resilience Training (SMART) workshop is widely utilized at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine and Diane is a certified SMART practitioner. Find the inner peace that you have been searching for and take the journey.
We require a 5 person minimum to run this course. Pre-registration is required.
