Join Christy and discover how to prepare your body and mind for the seasonal shift into Summer/Pitta season. We will begin our workshop with a Pitta inspired, cooling yoga sequence & cooling breathing techniques.We will discuss how to prepare your body and mind for the seasonal shift from Kapha(spring)-Pitta(summer). We will discuss summer foods and spices to incorporate into your diet as well as summer self care practices.

You will leave with a compiled list of Pitta foods and practices as well as a few other fun takeaways! We will also be serving Pitta pacifying snacks and beverages and can't wait to see you there!
