Amanda DeSimone
Amanda is a passionate Pilates and yoga instructor and personal trainer who is deeply committed to helping her students reach their goals with mindfulness, love, and dedication. With over four years of teaching experience in Boston, Amanda recently moved to Newburyport and is excited to continue guiding students on their fitness journeys. She believes that both Pilates and yoga are powerful tools for building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, and she loves supporting her students every step of the way with her bubbly, warm-hearted approach.
Amanda earned her certifications in Pilates, yoga, and personal training through ISSA, and her diverse training allows her to create a unique, well-rounded experience for her students. Her approach to each class combines energy, mindfulness, and body awareness, ensuring that students feel encouraged and empowered.
Amanda will be teaching Yoga Sculpt at Riverside Yoga + Massage, a dynamic fusion of yoga and strength training that enhances both body and mind. Whether teaching beginner or advanced students, her creative sequencing and flow make each class both engaging and fun. She is dedicated to helping her students connect their mind, body, and spirit, making every session a meaningful and transformative experience.
