Want to build more strength, patience and be fearless on your mat?

These 3 workshops will explore various inversions, arm balance transitions and help the yogi Learn how to seamlessly add these balances into their practice.

Most Levels welcome. Students must understand foundational principles of a flow-style yoga practice before attending this workshop. Modifications are always welcome in this practice if necessary. Students will be encouraged to take their practice to their edge. 

Danielle is a true believer that getting out of our comfort zone is where growth  truly occurs. In these workshops students will be expected to take risks with their practice, and enjoy some adventure in a safe setting.

Alignment is crucial within any class in establishing a strong foundation in order to progress and advance in your practice. In this workshop you will learn all the necessary tools needed to develop a safe and confident inversion practice. Alignment, proper foundation, and the basic principles of going upside down will all be covered.

Goals after Completion of 1 or all 3 Workshops:

1) Better understanding of how to incorporate challenging postures into your flow

3) How to incorporate strengthening postures into your yoga practice at home

4) Mechanics of arm balances and how to flow into them

5) Safety when transitioning in and out of intense movement

6) Pose/Counter Pose
