Are you training for a big race? A collegiate athlete? Lifetime mover passionate about mobility, longevity, and/or recovery? Try Yoga for Athletes! The 90 minute class includes breathwork, visualization, a slow-flow vinyasa focused on mobility and balance, followed by restorative yoga and meditation.
