Finish with the healing vibrations of sound therapy, using crystal bowls and chimes to restore balance and promote inner peace. This class is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and seasonal renewal.

All levels of practice are welcome. Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket to create your peaceful sanctuary for an optimal experience.
