Join Meghan in diving into some of the recent neuroscience of yoga and meditation practices. Experience discussions, yoga asanas, meditation, and a mindful eating experience.
Topics and experiences explored will include: brain science & spirituality, breathwork, asanas, mindful eating, and Ayurvedic tools for revitalization and inspiration during the Spring season.
All levels are welcome
*Bring a lunch, yoga mat, meditation cushion, water bottle, and an open mind.
