Designed for partners of all levels, this class combines fun, trust-building poses and partner work with mindfulness and relaxation. Whether you're looking to deepen your bond or simply enjoy quality time together, this practice will help strengthen communication, physical connection, and emotional intimacy.

Through gentle stretches, cooperative poses, and synchronized breathing, you’ll deepen your connection while enhancing flexibility, balance, and strength—both individually and together. The session will include a mix of partner stretches, partner-assisted poses, and moments of shared relaxation and meditation.
